How to Use:
• Roll and compress the foam to the smallest size possible

• For easier insertion, pull the upper part of the ear backward with your hand

• Ensure earplugs fit securely before entering noisy environments harmful to hearing
• Disposable product—discard immediately when foam deteriorates
• Not suitable for any form of diving
