RETURN POLICY

Smooth Life is pleased to accept product returns within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions for Returning Products. Products and packaging must meet the specified conditions; otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the return.

Reasons for Return. The returned product must be in the following condition:

The product does not match the website description, incorrect item received, or missing items
Change of mind* (excluding custom-made products such as laser-engraved items or special-sized products, which are non-returnable under any circumstances)


*"Change of mind" refers to a return request for reasons other than defects, damage, expiration, incomplete shipment, or mismatched product descriptions. The product must be in pristine condition with intact tags and complete packaging.

Return Process Products that are damaged due to company faults can be exchanged within 1–3 days from the date of receipt, provided the company is notified immediately. Returned items must be in perfect condition with complete packaging and accessories.

If a customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be processed within 15 business days after the returned product is inspected and received by the company.

The company does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer dissatisfaction, ordering errors, or non-defective items.

If an identical replacement product is unavailable, the company will offer an equivalent product. If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference. The company will inform the customer before proceeding with the replacement.

If the company ships the wrong product, wrong color, wrong model, or incorrect weight, the returned product must be in pristine condition with all original accessories.

Products with unnatural defects or improper storage, such as scratches, tears, chips, cracks, or breaks, are not eligible for return.

Methods for Returning Products. Customers can return purchased products via the following channels:

If Smooth Life cancels an order due to out-of-stock issues or other reasons, the customer will receive a full refund.

If a customer cancels an order or refuses delivery, the refund amount may be subject to deductions for credit card processing fees.

Note: Orders canceled on the same day of purchase will not incur credit card processing fees, provided the cancellation request is made via Line: @smoothlifeofficial on Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 15:00 (excluding public holidays and company holidays).

All other conditions are subject to the company's terms and may be modified without prior notice.

For credit card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card used for purchase within 15–30 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Refunds Due to Product Issues or Delivery Refusal

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly ordered (in pristine condition), the refund will be processed within 15 business days after the product is received by the company.

  • If the customer refuses to accept delivery, the refund will be processed within 15 business days after the product is returned to the company. For credit card payments, transaction fees may apply.

Shipping Information Customers must ensure the accuracy of their name, address, and contact number before placing an order. Any address corrections after shipment may incur additional shipping charges.
