Recommended dosage (by age)

How to mix the vitamin : Shake the bottle to loosen the powder from the sides.
Add water up to the top label line and shake until the powder dissolves.
Then fill with water up to the neck of the bottle and shake again.
This will yield 120 ml of vitamin solution.
