Directions for Use

1. Choose the larger or smaller cleaning edge based on your tongue and mouth size.

2. Stick out your tongue as far as possible.

3. Start cleaning from the left side of the tongue, positioning the scraper downward. Gently scrape from the back to the tip multiple times.

4. Repeat the process on the right side of the tongue.

5. Flip the scraper upward and clean the center of the tongue by scraping from back to front multiple times.
